A Little Behind

I'm a bit slow with my blogging. Here are Teague's three month pictures. Have to get these up before he's four months! (Sunday) What a cutie.

So, to many people, painting a bedroom is not a big deal at all, but to me, it was a very big deal. I've never painted a room by myself. It took months of wanting to do it, months of talking about doing it, weeks of planning to do it, and a full week of actually doing it. One of those things I should have done before Teague was born. I worked on it here twenty minutes and there an hour when he would sleep. So, it's quite the accomplishment for me but I love how it turned out.

Teague is getting super cute and growing up.

My kids have REALLY been into coloring lately. They ask me to make copies for them to color all the time. But it keeps them happy and entertained, so I can't complain. Yes, Kami is a cheeser!

Halloween

What do you get when you combine.... Goldilocks,
Papa Bear,
Mama Bear,
and Baby Bear?

The cutest Goldilocks and the Three Bears ever!

It was so cute to see them waddle around. Derek said he couldn't put his shoes on because his belly was too big. Reminds me of being pregnant.

There's a lot I really don't like about Halloween, I hate scary movies, scary stories, ugly or scary or nasty costumes. I'm not into witches and goblins and all that. But I do Love dressing my kiddies up all cute and especially with a theme. I've been planning on Goldilocks and the three bears ever since I knew I was pregnant with Teague. Ty laughs at me, but it something that brings me joy. I love it.

Last year Karly and Derek were Tinkerbell and Peter Pan.
Two years ago, they were Raggety Ann and Andy. This is one of my very Favorites! This is what I love about Halloween. Just look at them!

Painting Pumpkins

These are just some pics of Karly and Derek painting their pumpkins. I told Ty as we drove by our house they look like they were hit with paintball guns. But because they are done by my three and four year old they look great to me.

Where did summer go?

We are sad that the sunny days of summer are gone. But a little bit of cold won't keep kids from playing and having fun on a swing set. Especially if daddy is out there to play with them.

Blessing Day

We blessed Teague Sunday and it was a fabulous day.  It was also my birthday, which I kept forgetting because of all the other excitement of the weekend.  But what better way to spend my birthday then surrounded by fifty family members!  It was great.  There were three blessings which is fun.  Teague's blessing was wonderful and I kept thinking how much hope there is for the future with these special little ones.  I'm so grateful for the Gospel in my life and I have it to teach to my children.  What a wonderful day!

I love it!  He seems a little worried about being a part of our family.
My sister was getting great smiles from Teague, but this is as close as I got with the camera.

1st Photo Shoot

Well, I wanted to take these pictures when Teague was exactly one month old.  However, after days of not pooping at all, of course he has a blowout right before I got the pictures taken.  Go figure!  I was so happy he finally pooped I couldn't be mad I didn't get the pictures. Anyway, it took a week to get the pics taken, but here is Teague at one month. (and a week)

Yes, he is balding, but oh soooooo cute!

Here are my two handsome little boys!
I love that they each have a brother!
