After mentioning numerous times that I wanted to take our kids to the pumpkin patch and wanted Ty to come with us, we finally went, and it was so fun! We went to Oakley because I knew they had fun things for the kids, but it was better than expected. They loved it. A haunted house, goats, rabbit, games, hayride, straw maze, what else could they possible want?! It was perfect and totally worth the drive. On the way home, I asked Ty is he had fun. He said he thought a pumpkin patch was just that a pumpkin patch, not worth driving to Oakley for. He was surprised they had all the other things for the kids. He enjoyed it and will be more than willing to go again next time.
Derek wasted no time climbing onto the walls of the straw maze!
Derek is into weird faces during pictures!
Starting our hayride to find the perfect pumpkins from the patch.
Karly barely being able to carry her big pumpkin.
And again, with the faces!!
What a cutie!
Even Teague found a good pumpkin. He kept throwing them on the ground, I guess they are a similar shape of a ball, and we throw balls, so naturally he threw them.

When we were in Burley, we got our pumpkins from the "Nielsen" pumpkin Patch. Ivan kept throwing them too. Of course, his grandma did tell them they were balls!
Katie, we LOVE your cute family. Thanks for sharing the fun pictures. Tell all the kids that their favorite aunt and uncle are super excited to wrestle with them at Christmas time!
SO CUTE!!! So I've seen a lot of pumpkin patch pictures these days on friends' blogs and facebook and I'm usually like, "oh yeah, kid with pumpkin. cute." But these pictures where so fun! That one of your whole family is perfect, like you planned to match with the sunset and pumpkins and everything. You have a beautiful family, Katie, and it makes me so happy every time I click over to your blog. BTW- we're coming home for Christmas, so we'll be seeing you soon!
